Art De leon’s (b. 1987) intricate sculptures and paintings are metaphor of his personal and social advocacies and expression. Experimentation is one of the learning processes he applied to his artwork. Each one of his work shows progression and continuous series of learning from one material’s to another. His concepts lean towards to his personal life experience and shows social issues in a pop culture sense both local and global. De Leon's artwork also demonstrates the collaborative imagination of the past events into its contemporaries.
